Must have 3 to 5 yrs servicing fire alarms ( Factory training a big plus ) verifiable for that position. NICET Certification is preferred but not necessary. Experience with testing and inspecting a plus, also repair work experience.

Servce Administrator - South Florida Area

    Now hiring a . service coordinator for our Fire alarm division. The position requires good time management and planning skills, computer proficiency, and the ability to provide clear instructions. Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills are required. Perform a variety of customer service/dispatching and administrative duties required by management to ensure customer satisfaction. Ensure all field paperwork is sent to the office and customer daily. Evaluate all reports and deficiencies, create estimates for repairs and track repairs approval. Follow up on all pending and recommended work with customers utilizing the pending work log. Create final billing in service software and QuickBooks. Familiarity with procedures and requirements for service and repair of Fire Alarm, Security systems and access control is a big plus. 5+ years’ experience dispatching, scheduling, or working in a busy office setting. Computer proficiency - ability to work quickly within different programs, Word, Excel, Outlook, QuickBooks, dispatching software . Fire Sprinkler Sales/Estimator Person

    We are seeking a Fire Sprinkler Professional who is tenacious, highly motivated, ambitious, detail oriented, can work independently, able to multi-task, organized and a self-starter with a minimum of five plus continuous years working with Sprinkler Sales/Estimating in the sprinkler industry.

    Duties Include, but are not limited to:
    • Assume total responsibility for all Sprinkler Sales, contracts, estimating new construction and retrofit work.
    • Coordinate with Field Operations, office management, clients, sub-contractors, and vendors.
    • Minimum of 5 years provable sales/estimating experience preferred.
    • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, MS Word & Excel.
    • Detail orientated, demonstrates strong problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication skills, effectively both verbally and in writing
    • Excellent understanding of NFPA 13 & NFPA 25 and local AHJ requirements.
    • Being able to use the different sprinkler softwares is preferred and a big plus.
